There are a few common problems that can cause photos not to upload properly.
- Verify you are following the proper process: Click on the section you want to change the image for. Then, find the image in the left side bar editor. Once you see the image in the left side bar editor, click on the image. This will allow you to select an image from your computer to upload.
- If you are following the process show in #1 and still not getting the image to upload, check to make sure your images have file size of 2MB or less. Images over 2MB may not upload.
- If your images are 2MB or less in size and still not uploading, there are 2 possible problems:
- Make sure you have a good Internet connection. A slow internet connection can cause the image upload process to time-out.
- If your Internet connection is good and images are still not uploading, try using a different browser (such as Google Chrome, Explorer, or Safari.) Sometimes certain browser function in ways that can prevent uploads.
